DAVID BRENTON’S TEAM will make two appointments with you...one to view your home and another to present you the Comparative Market Analysis, including the Seller’s Net Proceeds for the Guaranteed Sale on your home.
Sign contracts with our Team, and we will begin marketing your existing home.
An inspection of your home will occur and necessary repairs will be addressed.
Your builder will be notified and construction of your new home will begin!
In approximately 150 days, you will be moving!
