How do I get a started with the

Guaranteed Sale Program?

STEP 1

Contract with your builder for your new home, subject to an approved Guaranteed Sales Agreement.  Complete the questionnaire supplied by your salesperson.  They will forward this information to our company.

STEP 2

Our exclusive representative, DAVID BRENTON'S TEAM, will make an appointment with you to view your home.  Within three business days from the viewing, he will complete the area research and determine your home's fair market value.  This information will be explained in great detail.  You will know exactly what your net proceeds will be before you make a commitment.  Then you and he will discuss and agree on a marketing plan for your home, so you can get the highest sales prices possible.

STEP 3

An inspection of your home will be arranged and paid for by Homestead Management, LLC, to determine if any repairs are needed.

STEP 4

Inspection results will be discussed with David Brenton and together you will determine a time frame for completion of any needed repairs.  These inspection and repair issues are vital to successfully marketing your home.  With your home in top condition, we'll get a jump on the competition in your area and price range.
