After spending eighteen years in the home building industry, David felt the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers would be more challenging and rewarding. He spent several weeks putting together a business plan that would map out the future of his new profession.
David quickly established himself as a real estate leader by becoming the Top Producer with his company and exceeding volume levels previously set. He was named REALTOR of the Year with the Southside Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS in 1997.
Growth was always mapped out in David’s plan. He blazed a trail in the local real estate market with unprecedented business savvy and acute knowledge of the market by drawing upon his home building background. Growing his sales volume was only one part of his plan but more important was his goal to improve the overall image of real estate professionals by providing quality service to his clients in the real estate transaction.
