David has
developed a team of professionals that work together to complete every detail
of the real estate transaction. He is a leader in the real estate
industry in sales volume as well as the use of technology and innovative tools
to market and sell homes. He has achieved career sales of over $300
million with over 2,200 closed transactions.
Due to his efforts in the real estate
industry, David has been acknowledged for his sales achievements several years
in a row. He has been honored with the prestigious Lifetime
Achievement and Hall of Fame awards from RE/MAX International. His team
has also been named as a Top Producing Team both locally and nationally.
They are ranked in the Top 1% of REALTORS® in the United States.
David and his wife, Jane (Mennel), have been
married since 1978 and are both life-long residents of Indianapolis'
Southside. Jane is a pharmacy technician at St. Francis Hospital.
They have two daughters, each of whom graduated from Perry Meridian High
School and Butler University. David's hobbies include fishing,
racquetball and NASCAR racing.

 Cathy
Bachek
Cathy is the Team's Office
Manager. Cathy brings with her several
years of experience in customer service and automation. She handles all office administration as
well as the personnel and finance operations for the Team.
Overseeing Homestead Management, LLC, also is under her
guidance. This property management company provides a guaranteed sale
program to clients wishing to build a new home, but that have a current home
to sell.
She is married to Rob Bachek and they have two
children whom attend Perry Township Schools.
She is kept very busy with her children's sports schedules. Cathy
and her family are members of the St. Jude Parish. She also enjoys reading mysteries, shopping
and swimming.

 Sherri
Bennett
Sherri serves the Team as a Buyer Specialist. She began her career in
real estate in 1999 after a satisfying career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, where
she helped women create and sustain their own personal businesses. She
believes her strong work ethic, and commitment to detail and customer
satisfaction, is key to representing sellers as a listing specialist on DAVID BRENTON’S TEAM. Professionally, she has multi-million dollar sales and is a
member of the Metropolitan
Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR)
and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
She
and her husband, Steve, reside in Johnson County. Their 5 adult children, and
fast growing number of grandchildren, live close and are a constant joy to
them. She grew up in and graduated from Franklin Township Schools. Sherri
and her husband are very involved in the community and attend church at
Calvary Temple. Her interests include entertaining and traveling, and she is
passionate about helping others in her community through events that include,
but are not limited to, Breast Cancer Awareness and the Brain Injury
Association of Indiana.

 Kate
Godfrey
Kate Godfrey applies her intense attention to detail and
superior organizational skills to insure all aspects of the Team run smoothly.
Kate is instrumental in the daily operations of the office, as well as
marketing and finances.
Kate is a graduate of Butler University with degrees in
Spanish and International Studies. She is married to Brett Godfrey, and they
reside in Greenwood with their Jack Russell Terrier, Bolivar. Kate has a
strong love of international travel and most recently spent six weeks in South
America.

 Connie Coleman
Connie Coleman is the Buyer Specialist for
David Brenton’s Team. Connie’s customer enthusiasm is what sets
her apart. Connie has attained both her
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist) and PMN (Performance Management Network) designations to provide the highest level of service to her
clients.
Connie has a background in law
enforcement, and when she decided to make a career change she chose real
estate sales. In her first year,
Connie was ranked 5th in the State for “Rookie of the Year” with
her previous company. She became a
multi-million dollar sales person and continues to achieve that level.
She is a member of the Metropolitan
Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR). Connie is the Indiana President
of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. She also serves on the Professional
Standards Committee and previously on the Grievance Committee with MIBOR. Her interests include: cooking, entertaining,
boating and membership in the original Circle City Corvette Club, where she
and her husband Jay enjoy touring in their 2004 Corvette. She attends
the Southport Presbyterian Church.

 Debra Harper
As the senior team member, Deb has been the
foundation from which the team developed. She has served in all areas of
the office and her experience and knowledge are invaluable to the team.
Deb is a Office Administrator for the
team. Deb helps to develop office policy and procedure by putting her
years of experience in the office to work for the team. Her efforts help
the Team provide consistent and unmatched service to our clients. She has been with DAVID BRENTON'S
TEAM since early 1995. She attained her real estate license in 1997 and
her broker's license in 1999.
Deb has a dog -- and best friend -- named
Ripley. Her hobbies include theatre, movies, pets, gardening, sci-fi and
very dry humor. She attended Morristown High School in Shelby County and
received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Indianapolis.

 Kim Jennings
Kim is our Listing Manager and oversees all
listing activity. Kim comes to the Team from working with a Michigan
real estate company. She facilitates clients who are selling their home
by handling all scheduling of administrative activities providing follow-up.
Clients appreciate Kim for her efficient
manner of taking care of the details
which come from having a home for sale. She keeps in constant
communications with our homeowners to be sure they are up-to-date with the
efforts on their behalf.
Kim attended Indiana State University and
studied Business. She is married to Jason Jennings and they have a
daughter. Kim enjoys playing piano, cross-stitching, tennis, cooking and
spending time with her daughter.

 Julie
Kidwell
Julie is an Office
Administrator and is an important part of the Team. She provides
Saturday coverage for several office functions. She greets our clients when
they call or visit the office, and she assists with client services such as
truck rental. Julie is instrumental in the completion of various office
functions and special projects.

 Jean Ann Myers
Jean Ann Myers represents
David Brenton’s Team as a Listing Specialist. Jean Ann has over 20 years experience in
retail sales and marketing, and has spent 10 years in the real estate
industry. Jean
Ann served the Team for 6 ½ years as the Marketing Manager and now uses the
same systems she implemented to assist sellers in promoting their home on the
market.
She is married to Bob Myers and they have
three sons. Bob works for Lilly
Co. in information technology.
Their children attend the
Perry Township School District. They are members of the McFarland Farms
Association and Southport
United Methodist
Church. Her hobbies include skiing, scuba diving, cooking
and volunteer work with the church.

 Mary
Kay Schafer
Mary Kay Schafer began a real estate career
in 1992, and has established herself in the real estate community through her
strong work ethic and desire to serve her client's needs. Mary Kay
enjoys working with buyers to help find the home to fulfill their needs.
Mary Kay lives in Perry Township where she
raised three daughters. She is a proud grandmother and is fortunate to
have her family near her home. Mary Kay grew up on the Southside of
Indianapolis and has always called it her home. She is a member of the
St. Jude parish and graduate of Roncalli High School.
Being involved in community is important
to Mary Kay and she is the President of the local chapter of the Pulmonary
Hypertension Association. She enjoys golfing and taking vacations with
family and friends.

Brenton Smith
When looking for a new home, Sarah
Brenton Smith is excited to help buyers locate the perfect place. Her
effervescent personality shines through when she is working with our clients.
Through her attention to detail and extensive experience in client care, Sarah
is able to assist clients in all aspects of the real estate process.
Sarah is a graduate of Butler
University. She is married to Hunter Smith, and they reside in Franklin
Township with their daughter, Marilyn.
